Flipkart didn't processed the cancelled flight refund from 1 year

I booked a flight via Flipkart on AUG 2023 but later on due to some reason I had cancelled the flight ticket directly via airlines and later on I had dropped an email to Flipkart also about the cancellation
Later Flipkart replied on that mail and acknowledged the same and wrote that refund will be processed within 5-7 working days
Post all that I forgot the check the account statement and today I realised it's 1 year now but Flipkart didn't provided the refund yet.
Now I wanted to know from you all that what steps I can take here and sue Flipkart for this mistake

Amount is around 5k only
But it's already delayed by 12months
My concern is, if I would have not checked the refund in my account statement will Flipkart won't process that for lifetime ?
That is wrong and can lead to bigger issues
File a complaint on national consumer forum.
Sue them for this blunder.

HappyEazyGo didn’t pay me 8k refund for a cancelled flight . I filed case with Ingram, but no progress is shown except for the fact that they replied 14 months back that it will be done in a week , any solution

If you received cancellation confirmation from the airfile along with refund amount details, then Flipkart is liable to pay back the refund amount along with interest. Depending on the situation, there may be small compensation as well. How much is the amount btw?
