Flipkart delivery partner isn't good

since 8 year's i m cx of Flipkart every year i m facing issues with FlipkartĀ
2 times I got my product after one and half monthsĀ
recently i ordered one phone same thing is happening after that they cancelled the product without informing meĀ
this is not the way to drive the things
no one is coming from higher authorities to talk with meĀ
customer care number gives the same information whatever is already mentioned over the applicationĀ
need helpĀ
