Flipkart iphone Delivery Issue

Dear All,
Having a hard time with my iphone order on Flipkart. Below is the summary of events.
16-Oct – Ordered
17-Oct – Shipped
19-Oct – Stuck in Coimbatore, 70km away from final destination
21-Oct – Called them, promised to resolve by 22nd
23-Oct – Called them, promised to resolve by 29th
29-Oct – Delivery guy calls and asks to cancel the order. We refused.
29 onwards – Called daily, got standard reply that “We have escalated the issue with logistics. Please wait 24 hrs”
1-Nov – Called twice asking to get a supervisor to talk, both the times they diverted and nobody picked.
2-Nov – Called again and an incident was opened and ticket number shared with me.
So, all these days they just didn’t do anything at all? It’s been 15+ days and I even paid off my CC bill.
Any help on pushing this would be highly appreciated.

Thanks mate. Did that too yesterday with flipkartsupport handle. No reply
So they called me today, asked to place a new order and their support team will call me with refunding the difference in price (which is 9K). She had no idea if the refund will be credited as voucher or to my credit card.

We were trying to sort this out with the courier service provider, however, courier service provider will not be able to deliver the product so please cancel the order from your side.
This is not something which we would want you to experience and have shared feedback with the seller so they can put additional measures in place to ensure on-time deliveries of orders. If you like, you can place a new order for the desired product and the seller will try and make sure that it reaches you on time.
