Flipkart cheating without refunding the amount for cancelled items

I ordered a mobile phone and due to flipkart delivery person, I cancelled the product. But I have not received the refund amount even after 1month. Sent several reminders to them. Sent mail to CEO of thecompany. But no response from the company are CEOof the company. My order ID isOD116205559688428000

Did you check the refund status and at the same time bank statement. If you didn’t get really contact flipkart customer care. You should get refund for sure

Dear Sir.
I ordered Redmi note 6 pro on 6th Sep on this month and while delivery the mobile box was not good packed the mobile was automatically switched of and after I charging also it’s not working so I need to change the mobile and product which u selling it’s not at all good.
I am totally disappointed with this product u guys are cheating with customers u guys not capable to handle the customers. And u guys don’t know how talk.
