I have bought 5 products under buy more get 10% discount.. Now can i cancel 2 of the order from that 5....or my entire order will get cancelled

If the orders are packed (dispatched), probably you can't as they have been packaged in the same box/container. One cancellation will lead to all cancellations. If its not packed and the seller is still in the procession or just order has been placed, you can cancel but buy more and get 10% won't be applied.

what abot the prepaid orders? will they ask to pay more if buy more discount get cancelled?

Entire order will get cancelled. You cannot edit items after order.
