We look for 'value' and not 'discount %age'.

It's all about money. Each of these platforms have multiple Sales Head who have 1 or more departments under them. Every department has a target sales amount. Some Sales Head who have multiple departments under them take loss in few departments and cover that by some other to reach a total sales volume. This happens every month, quarter and year basis. It's just your luck when your fridge needs replacement and whether the department is shorting out money that month to make-up for low volume of sales.
