I think in axis cb is given as per mcc codes and merchant names , it doesn't matter what Flipkart is displaying
I am also facing same issue on my card. Flipkart or axis didn't bother to resolve, throwing back at each other when we raise issue.
Itna kaun order karta hai month me.. fk acc bhi block ho jayega for commercial use
blocking depends on amount of cashbacks not on number of orders .
i have 4 FK axis cc i place more than 30 orders per months personal commercial all,,and make sure not to cross 5k cashback per month
NONE blocked so far since 3 years
Surprised to see dimers buying more than 10 items a month in Flipkart!

Many people are using for commercial purposes, ordering at lower prices in sale or offer and selling at their shops. This is the reason, these sites has to put restrictions on number of transactions, amount of transactions, devaluation of points etc.
Banks can reward up to certain limits but if we customer keep misusing these benefits these kinds of devaluations continue to happen.
Seen similar thing in dmart. Whenever there are offers in colderinks, chocolates or any other items buy 1 get 1. Local vendors keep coming and buy from there and sell at their shops. This is misuse, ultimately these supermarket shops started denying bulk quantity sale.
The staff themselves sell it to big shops to show big sales. If you remember big bazaar whenever such offers came especially on vegetables, the staff used to bill in bulk for themselves only and customers got nothing. No wonder they are under liquidation now.
Still not understanding, will I get cb for 1st 10 transactions or not..
At the payment page it is that you exhausted your quota on 21st July, however I did my 10th order on 1st August. And after that it started giving exhausted msg.
It's Kind of telling me that I exhausted the quota on my third order. Some were large amount orders.
This issue is resolved now. I can see cashback detail on payment page again.
Mine also showing like this , I don't buy nothing just check. 
Now they changed to 1000 orders
rip scamkart card is same as their website
Place order with this exhaust msg error.
Wait for bill generation
Then check the bill and you can confirm if those orders are counted for cashback.
Simple.. order 3 add on cards ( no charges upto 3 ).
So total 10*4-----40orders.
