but it fetched only 1% cashback instead of 5% cashback.
so raised a complaint and now they are asking me to provide the invoice copy of mobile phone.
she had no anwers when I asked why invoice is needed ?
- Is it normal that Axis ask for invoice copy to provide 5% CB ?
- Is it safe to provide the invoice as it contains personal details like IMEI & address ?
- Shoud i provide the bill or fight with them
PS : this is only transaction in last 6 months which I made. I rarely used this card.

Try with giving screenshot of order page after hiding address, if they don't agree then give invoice pdf
I never faced any issues with the Flipkart CC, but they never credited the right cashback for Samsung purchases using Samsung Axis CC done on Flipkart and I'll always had to raise a complaint and then share the invoice. It's okay, they just need it to confirm the purchase and the amount. Strike out the IMEI if you're too worried.
If Axis is making correction to cashback, when did they credit it?

The same issue in most of the axis card, I have faced this with Indian Oil axis rupay card. Don't know how they sent rewards points. Sometimes even 1 points for 100 Rs. transaction which has 0.20 rs value. However. The card published to get 1% cashback (5 rewards points). For some Petrol transaction I had to made complain till RBI portal and finally Axis agreed to credit the rewards points.
Flipkart Axis CC cashback:
This month's cashback will be credited in next month statement.
Ex: October spend's Cashback will be credited in November month statement.
So you need to wait minimum 32 days.
I noticed the same thing and have received only 1%.So I was checking my order on flipkart app and found that it is mentioned as, "cashback will be credited in December statement" and for my other orders it is mentioned as "cashback will be credited in next statement".
Facing same issue with my earphones order got only 1% cashback, transaction came as WLEP*FLIPKA
Will call customer care tomorrow
I was never asked for invoice. Got 5% without any scams from ScamkartAxis card
