I can share my Samsung mobile exchange experience. I was supposed to get a Rs 10k upgrade bonus + around 5k exchange value for a Note8 while buying an S22 Ultra. Samsung outsources the exchange to Cashify. The agent ran diagnostics and cut down the exchange value to around a 1-1.5k only stating that the screen had burn-in (which was true since I could see faint ghost icons on a blank white screen) and it would have a green tint at middle brightness levels (but not at low or high brightness). I did get the 10k upgrade bonus though; so I happily accepted. It was an instant transfer via UPI. No need to return your charger or earphones. Box is not necessary either.
