First Nutrabox Creatine purchase

Hi to all fitness enthusiast.. I am trying fitness supplements from last couple of years and tried different brands such as Asitis, Ultimate Nutrition, Muscleblaze, Fast&UP, Nutrabay etc.

Recently I purchased creatine monohydrate from Nutrabox in Sep. If you haven't heard about it. It is fast growing Indian supplement due to different International certificates for its products. Their Creatine Monohydrate from Creapure ( Germany ) gets licence from manufacturer itself. So I purchased one last Month from their official store online. I got product within a week and started using it after few days.

After using for couple of days , I noticed some black micronized particles. Initially I ignored and removed those particles and continued using it. But those black particles are still making their presence.  I contacted Nutrabox on Instagram and got reply. "Hi for more details our NutraExpert will be happy to help. Please call us or Whatsapp us on +91 xxxxxxxxx; we’re available from Mon to Sat between 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. Nutrabox creatine is sourced from creapure Germany & it is 100% vegan.
Our team will be happy to share certificate of analysis as we do testing for every batch that is produced for nutrabox "

As you can see, they are not even apologetic about it and just boast about it is german made and blah blah...I told them it can be poisonous particle. I shared this with them so that they could investigate on their end. But they just want to boast about International certificates and all.

If anyone have bought Aug manufacturer creatine from them , please check it for your own health.

The product and Customer Care failed in my experience.
