What is your definition of Safe?
Taking loan from such apps are never safe. Your personal info and everything else stored in that phone where you gonna install these apps are obviously exposed as soon as you gonna gave them all permission.
Don't fall in trap of such apps.

It is a legit app. It was earlier known as Early Salary, but was later rebranded as Fibe. It is genuine.
