Fi bank account incoming transaction Freezed

My fi bank account got Freezed
Incoming transaction Freezed.
I can transfer my money from it but I can't deposit to it.
Please help what to do ?
They have not provided any reason for this.
When calling to customer care there is just a recorded message that account is Freezed . Can't talk to customer care.
Please help

Hi
There is no reason stated by bank . They just said discrepancies into account. I have mailed them and also told that most of the transaction are just in between my own accounts.
Help me plz what to do , I read somewhre that they will completely freeze and then close account. That's not problem for me if it remain freeze and then closed.
