I have been a loyal customer for as long as Myntra has existed but I need to write this review today as it is high time Myntra needs to revise their return and quality check process. Quality check should be thoroughly performed BEFORE a product is shipped to the customer as it is tedious process to return the product once a customer gets the defective product. Myntra ironically declines to refund despite customer producing images of the quality issues of the product and explaining the product shipped already had quality issues! There is an option to return the product and choose quality issues but even if we choose quality issues Myntra fails to process the return/refund citing we need to contact customer care if that was the case! Nowhere on the app or site it is mentioned that we should immediately contact customer care in case of defective product or quality issue with the product apart from selecting quality issue on the app.
Another major concern is that Myntra does not allow photos of the product with quality issues on their reviews. They decline it with one or the other reason especially citing shipping/service issues even when it clearly is the product quality while being manufactured! Customers do not get to honestly review the products available and used that are available on Myntra as they process only moderated content and only good reviews unlike other apps and sites.
