I pressed 1 and it connected me to customercare agent as he said, i asked about him about this ivr call, he said agar apka koi parcel pending hota hai toh ati h call, i asked him to fetch the details with my no. , he said if u have tracking id then only we can fetch details. I said no prob. And cut the call.

seems totally sketchy, this specific scam scheme is rampant recently and at such a scale that Fedex stepped in to aware general public to practice safe transactions.
Apparently FedEX or such other courier companies calls you only to deliver the package and nothing else. And again if you ever feel something is fishy that's because it might actually be.
Except the municipal areas of Bombay, Delhi and I think in Bengaluru and one more city
FedEx India is now actually serviced by Delhivery (for domestic cargo).
SS7 (signalling system 7) is not that safe.
10000-12000 U.S. dollars and even B.Tech level knowledge is enough to do deep penetration testing or attacks.
As far as possible, avoid pressing any numbers on any unknown IVR call also.

Aap ke telecom operator ko agar woh (international roaming type) request genuine lagi.. tou aapke number par bheje gaye saarey SMS, saarey GSM calls.. aapka telecom operator.. mere SIM card pe route kar dega.

If the operator's systems cannot determine that the phone is capable of FULLY supporting THEIR version of VoLTE, then the operator will block the device from connecting.
Unfortunately, since as of October, 2024, VoLTE is NOT a standardised protocol, different operators may have different 'versions' of it or even proprietary technologies and thus if one takes a device from one operator and then moves to another operator within Australia.. it IS possible that the operator might not recognise the device as 100% VoLTE capable and simply disallow it from latching on to their network.

New mo is on a different number, stating they had sent a legal notice and i didn't adhere to it. Seriously.. So desperate to make money. I was expecting a whatsapp call with a commissioner sitting in front of me. But received a normal call instead. May be the whatsapp call is the next step.
