This is to bring to your kind attention that your Credit Card XXXXX was overdue as of 30-06-24, resulting in Days Past Due (DPD). As per RBI guidelines, accounts with DPDs must be reported to all Credit Information Companies (CICs) like CIBIL, Experian etc. and accordingly the same will be reported by Federal Bank with position as on 30-06-24.
Please ensure to pay the dues on time to avoid such reporting in future.

I received the same communication. Not sure why. I didn't miss any payment. Tried calling their customer care and they told me to call in the morning.

Same received. I contacted them on Facebook now and got reply that same mail was sent to almost all federal Bank customers by mistake. If bill payment is done on time, then no need to worry.
They should have sent another email explaining this too.

I too received, not sure if was mass email
I checked their Facebook page... Looks like a lot of people got the same mail. I dropped a mail to the Federal Bank Credit Card department. Waiting for their reply.
I also recieved the same email and my bill was fully paid. I then over paid some amount. This is shitty as it spoils CIBIL score. I have emailed the customer care. Did any one call them?

I am sure there is something wrong from their end because there is no dues as such. I cleared the dues as soon as the statement was generated and it is reflecting the same in my credit card account. So what should be done?
