Federal Credit Card - Intimation of DPD Overdue reporting to Credit Information Companies

I received the same communication. Not sure why. I didn't miss any payment. Tried calling their customer care and they told me to call in the morning.

Same received. I contacted them on Facebook now and got reply that same mail was sent to almost all federal Bank customers by mistake. If bill payment is done on time, then no need to worry.

I checked their Facebook page... Looks like a lot of people got the same mail. I dropped a mail to the Federal Bank Credit Card department. Waiting for their reply.

I also recieved the same email and my bill was fully paid. I then over paid some amount. This is shitty as it spoils CIBIL score. I have emailed the customer care. Did any one call them?
