Best you can get au lit card with 2 lakh fd you get 1.5 lakh limit. You can search for its features in dd. Its best card available against fd.

IDFC Wow -> 7.5% p.a
One Metal card -> 6.5% p.a
*There are few other cards from various banks with good features & more prime card but with a greater amount of FD
