Shein, a globally recognised fast-fashion brand founded in 2008 by Chris Xu, was banned in India in 2020 during a broader crackdown on Chinese apps amid escalating border tensions.
I felt chest pain after lot of chest thumping and shouting "Ban chinese, Ban chinkies".
Now i feel lost and cornered 😞.
How many such chinese making reentry now. This just popped up in my recommendation, may be i should stop using jio?

Fast fashion wreaks havoc on the environment - Shein is one of the worst offenders, youngsters who profess liberal values wont care as long as they get tshirt and jeans at dirt cheap prices.
Have you heard "Liberty is dignity for capitalist". Because they are 2nd to politicians ( i am not making any political affiliation here and dont drag me there to find me silent)in rightly instrumeting it.

They are known for child labour, poor working conditions and paying peanuts. They sell most of their products in US @$3-15. Very good company from investment pov but nightmare for employees.
They flood the market with cheap clothes. They started shipping in India directly but GOI banned chinese site. The tried to comeback recently by selling on amazon but failed miserably.
Now India's capitalists will launch it again. Indians tycoons are a bunch of Hippocrates.
