Yes much of haute couture and even normal fashion is just mind games.Sharon Stone just wore something off the shelf (a jumpsuit of sorts) for the first Oscars she attended in early 1990s.
Then even in (i think) 1996, it was just a turtleneck and skirt from off the shelf regular brands.
that is how she is/was. not too fussy and her basic instinct is to adjust and let go.
