Yesterday i ordered 2 oneplus buds pro for 349 rs with icici card actually the price is about 7000 above
After 2 hrs of struggling i ordered
Today That Fakekart Cancelled the 2 orders and told seller canceled the orders due to high demand and nothing to do now pensive
What to do now...!?
Can We do anything from our side...!?

It is actually enforceable but requires time.
If someone is a lawyer personally then this can be a great earning potential. Order loot deals, let portals cancel and then sue them.

Actually, this can be challenged in a consumer court, and the customer can easily obtain the product along with compensation for legal fees. It's not the buyer's fault. Once an item is purchased, the seller cannot make excuses about a pricing error.

Yes, I read many news articles and almost in every scenario, customers won the case against flipkart and they also received compensation for mental harassment along side product. But, it will take a lot of time ( Maybe up to an year)

I ordered a Motorola 5.1 soundbar (Order ID: OD331597069891830100), but it is not working. I raised a replacement request the following day, but no technical visit has occurred in almost 40 days. When the technician finally called, they said they couldn’t visit after 10 days. I raised the issue again nearly five times with new issue IDs, but each time they closed the ticket as resolved or marked it as not reachable, despite my daily calls to customer service. I have now decided to leave feedback on Flipkart, and I feel like I’ve lost 10,000 with fraudulent practices.

It’s not Flipkart… it’s FakeKart, FakeKart, FakerKart…
