With just days to go for the Karnataka Assembly Election 2018, a massive fake voter scandal has emerged in the poll-bound state. The opposition Bharatiya Janata Party has levelled a stunning charge, claiming a major fake voter scandal could put the fairness of the poll process in the southern state in jeopardy.
The BJP alleges the forged documents were to be used to issue more fake voter IDs. The party said the ruling Congress was behind the ‘poll fixing’. It added non-native students were being used in the. The Congress has rejected the allegations.
