Naaptol team I am always do shopping from Amazon but first time I placed an order of 3 joggers jeans set from naaptol and i am received wrong plane jeans order dated 24 sep 20& regarding this I have dropped message with complete order and pod details on your what's app number and your customer support mail id also dated 26 sep 20 bcz I have opened my ordered on dated 26 sep due to corona infection When I was not received any response from your what's app number and mail id so I have called on that number which I was booked my order dated 1 Oct and spoke with an executive of naaptol team and he noted my complaint number 45031503 and he told me that your wrong will replaced in 48 hours so that time I was wait for 48 hours and when my order was not replaced with correct my order than again I was called than again an executive told me your will replace in 48 hours but till date my order is not replaced with my correct joggers jeans set I am feeling now naaptol is the worst online service provider because i am also in service industry but didn't see this type of fake service by naaptol I am strongly recommend to online buyers please don't buy anything from fake naaptol This is very very very ridiculous or worst online shopping company, naaptol is cheating with online buyers I am again requesting you please please please don't buy anything from fake naaptol company
