Failed transaction with JioFinance

I made CC bill payment on JioFinance. the amount got debit but there's no trace of failed transaction in the app.. Do you know any customer care number?

I also met with same scenario, but the payment was made to my CC after 2 hour. Check your CC transaction history.

It's been close to 4 hours. There is no record of the failed transaction in the app. Also, the payment is not yet credited to CC (SBI in this case)

Mostly SBI is instant credit. Probably transaction failed. Just wait for refund for a few days

I'm really frustrated with this standard response from JioFinance Care.. Do we even get a transaction number for Debit card transactions?
