Getting "for security reasons, your payment is declined" this error while doing payment.

The app is up to date and already cleared cache/reinstall the app. Pincode support not responding on Twitter.

This happened 2 days ago but after clearing the cache i was able to order but it happened again today but this cache is not working and their support said it happened due to security reasons.
