If PMO is asserting that it is not a Public Authority, then it possibly violates the state emblem of india prohibition of improper use act, 2005. Using the national emblem on its ads, stationery and media!

a nagpur bench has asked to declare everything about the fund. additional soliciror had sought to diamiss plea but modi’s effort gone in vain. now it’s 200% sure tadipaar will topple maharstra govt.
do you guys know how a gujarat court judges changed overnight because they were vocal against bad condition of govt hospitals, scams and data fudging and new bench of judges said it is happy with whatever gujarat govt is doing.
modi and tadipaar cant do this to pm cares details until ss, ncp and cong govt so they will surely topple govt now. just like in mp when govt was working against land, sand and mining mafia in chambal and mahakaushal range and scindia, sanjay pathak and many others joined hands to save themselve. hadd se jyada girna koi inse seekhe.
