Experience for Sbi uni pay cc success

Worst support if txn fails (which will).

Only email, no phone contact number. 

Hv raised ticket 1 month ago for a txn which is still open! 

Not received refund for 3 failed transaction from last 20 days 

Don't even think of trying it. If it gets successful, well and good. If it doesn't then just pray to God. I received my refund exactly after 24 days of doing the transaction. Mailed them but received only an automated response.

Nobody is answering OP question. 

Haven't faced any issue with upi yet used multiple times.

Tried once cc option payment failed money deducted but refund received.

Can anyone tell me how's experience using dc?

Why use upi in unipay, when you can use it literally anywhere else without charges?

1.5k via hdfc tneu infinity still works... try 8-10, 3-5 am/pm respectively, or else you're gone in loop..

13 days gone...no refund....

18 day gone still no refund

got refund today and transaction failed on 2 apr, used hdfc DC

My money is also stuck, the transaction failed but not showing on the portal . Can somebody tell me the process of contacting them?
And how many days it takes to get the refund. Please help
