Oneplus: They picked buds from my home after raising complaint online, and then after 2 days a guy from service center called and asked me about the issue, then he told me that he will send a brand new to me, and requested me to just give him 10 stars, which I would had done even if he did not asked me. That guy was nice.

IFB Washing Machine: The motherboard failed within the standard warranty period, but I had it replaced without any hassle. They have a good network of franchises and knowledgeable, company-trained technicians who handle service calls effectively. Only one call to their centralized call center and everything is handled in a systematic way.
ANT Esports: One of the SSDs I purchased from them failed in a short period. The second one I had degraded on performance. After dealing with multiple registration on that website and this website and communication issues, I managed to return it and get a replacement. This experience has led me to decide against making any future purchases from this brand.
WIPRO Consumer Lighting: Two LED battens started flickering within the warranty period. Although Wipro has a well-implemented system for handling warranty claims, the execution was problematic. The claim was mishandled by incompetent staff: the wrong courier company was used, which did not offer home delivery, and after several months of communication, the replacement item sent was incorrect ( had the wrong color kelvin temperature,) . Wipro Consumer lighting department needs to improve the competency of their workforce to avoid such issues in the future.
SAMSUNG: For my refrigerator, even though it was out of warranty, service calls were attended to promptly. I found their service charges for spare parts to be reasonable. They have an effective system for ensuring the availability of original Samsung parts, even reaching the last mile. With just one call to their centralized call center, everything is handled systematically. I don't think this brand will disappoint you with excuses about spare parts being unavailable.
The worst warranty experience is always with a brand-new motor vehicle warranty ( car of motorcycle) . No matter what goes wrong with the vehicle, that part is never covered under warranty.
LLOYD AC: Bought AC nearly 3-4 years ago: Service centre just passed time of warranty. Never run properly cooling even for 1 hrs continously.
