experiance to buy laptop

i purchase a laptop..i got fake one with no warranty i comlain but they didnt reply upto 20 days..so much anxiety…but 20 days they reply..and will take return..but the merchant provide original laptop ….after 25 days……….i got my satisfactory product…………so guys..buy from paytm..but custmor service is very poor…………….if u got wrong product…they will help you..but its take time………………..total experiance with paytm is very goood….so go with it…:)
