I had a surprising experience with Flipkart exchange, was exchanging a 10 year old semi automatic washing machine with non functional dryer, exchanged the same on flipkart during this sale and there were 3 options Flawless, Good and Below Average and I went with Below Average due to dryer issue and didn't wanted to keep Good and end up cancelling the exchange during verification
then the next day after they took the machine got a message from flipkart saying they refunded the additional amount (matching flawless condition) post verification as a GV , I was not expecting that honestly lol
