Excellent, excellent, excellent

This is an excellent website. We have ordered many many times from Fashionara.com and every time have been very satisfied. They have just the best Customer care service people and even their Customer care head reads complaints mails and calls you if you are not satisfied with anything. Really awesome. No other site has such kind of responsiveness to customer.

Products on sale are absolutely original and come in nice gift wrapping – a nice touch to ensure customer feels that much special while opening the packing. Here too we have never faced any payment gateway issue for online payments. Delivery has always been done within 2 days. Once it did get delayed due to courier issue and Fashionara team followed it up till the order was in my hand. Even their logistics head called me up to ensure they were working on the issue. Just awesome.
Good Points:
1) Original products, nice packing
2) Very quick delivery
3) Very easy returns- their courier fellow comes and pick up the item. Option of store credit or full refund given to customer. We did not face any delay when returned an item.
4) Excellent team of people working.

No bad points at all!!! Really this site is an Underdog and deserves much more credit and fame than others…
