Excellent Customer Service From Flipkart

I had bought a Google Nexus 2012 Tablet from Flipkart, which turned out to be defective, I Called them up at around 11pm in the night (surprised ?? even i was, they have a 24 hour customer support) a tkt was immediately raised and a pickup arranged, they guy who came for pickup, also was carrying a replacement Tablet, so in 2 days I had the replacement Tablet in my hand.

Unfortunately the replacement tablet also turned out to be defective, again raised a tkt, the tablet was picked up the very next day, and within 30 minutes of pickup got an sms, informing of the refund in my wallet.

Great Customer Care, the reps I spoke to, were extremely polite and understood the problem, The courier guys who came were very courteous, helped me in packing the product, they seemed as if they were more of my people than that of Flipkarts.

Hats off Flipkart, makes me feel proud that an Indian company is setting such benchmark standards.
