Can't speak for girls but as a guy if you get a WhatsApp DM from a girl with a nice (i.e. not vulgar) profile photo asking "Hi! How have you been?" it is difficult to resist the urge to check the profile photo in full and reply back with "Who is this?" Some desparate guys will actually respond with urgency to the DM if the profile photo is vulgar!
Everytime I come across such cases I tell to myself - "They had it coming."
