Ever Noticed this about Dominos Pizza

I've noticed something, and I'm curious if anyone else has too. It seems like most malls don't have Domino's Pizza outlets. Specifically, I've observed that cities like Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Chennai, and Aurangabad (MH) don't have any Domino's Pizza shops in their malls, even in prominent ones like Nexus and Prozone.
Have you noticed this as well?
If there are Domino's Pizza shops in malls in other cities, please let me know!

Sorry I am unaware as I hardly eat even desi junk (like kachori samosa).. and do not recollect when last I even went near some international junk brand's outlet.
Now trying to entirely cut down on white flour (maida) so even in jalebi type recipes.. trying to use the while wheat flour.
But otherwise what you are saying might be partly right.
Vam Organics (later rebranded Jubilant Organosys)/ the Bhartia family were always savvy business people.
Since they (Jubilant) ultimately got multiple franchisees of various international junk brands, they might somewhat afford to not spend through the nose to be present in premium real estate.
I mean unless I am mistaken, Jubilant are the sole IPR owners of Domino's in India.
Pizza Hut on the other hand, even in a single town.. pit Sapphire Foods and Devyani International Limited against each other.
(Some Pizza Hut outlets get operated by Devyani International Limited and others by Sapphire Foods.. even within 10-12 kilometres radius.)
Not that I eat at either McDonald's, Dukin, Domino's or Pizza Hut
but maybe the internal strife within co-franchisees of other major pizza brands makes them compete/ spend more on lakhs per month in rents at a single outlet in big malls in metros.

In Chennai... VR mall has both domino's and Pizzahut.
Dominos is available at Infiniti Mall, Malad and Inorbit Mall, Malad
In delhi, dominos is everywhere..be it mall, shop ,small complex..everywhere

Its not a dine-in restaurant like Pizza hut hence you don't notice it 😊
