Equitas Bank closing account on the basis of non serviceable location

I have used the account for atm withdrawal mainly and some small value UPI transactions.

I did. Since last few months they are closing accounts in tranche which were opened through various neobanks.
Same happened to that account 2 months back
Got the email for my NiyoX account last night. This is good for me, because I wanted to close this account, but they disabled Account Closure option on the website (last year, we could close account by Live video verification with Bank agent). NiyoX have shifted to SBM. There is a post from a member on TecnoFino forum from June, he changed his address to serviceable pincode and was allowed to continue using account. Then they closed it anyway, so he complained to RBI ombudsman and got account back. That's an option, for anyone looking to retain this account. Another member has received letter giving him option to keep or close the account. Account will be closed exactly 6 weeks from the date email was received.
Yes i also received the same, in the subject they mentioned suspicious but in the body I'm not in the serviceable area.
thats apart, My Federal bank from Fi app, also sent me the mail like Credit freeze (saying irregular transactions) but they are not responding to emails, IVR etc, even they blocked my number from Tollfree also, Just the bot in call is saying me to check email that i got credit freeze and submit details. is the same happened to anyone
