Enviro Infra IPO Date GMP | Looks good for long-run

Since market is very choppy. I am afraid to bet on ipo's since gmp is mute or in negative.. NTPC has also disappointed us...
but checked this, ipo size is small still cannot see any gmp for it... i believe its good for long run ?
what you guys suggest ? should I apply this ?
