Enquiry Regarding Swiggy HDFC LTF Credit Card

Can anyone who has Swiggy HDFC LTF Credit Card Confirm what is the Card fee getting displayed under Key details in the Manage Card Page? 
For me it is showing as Joining Fee 500 and Renewal Fee 500 even after I applied the card as LTF.
