My biller registration of ICICI CC got declined with the reason that bill pay not supported - please use unipay bbps portal!
I guess we can't pay other CC bills going forward via HDFC bill pay portal using platinum debit card.

Forget about 1 %, take idfc debit card, it gives 2.5% post 50k payment per month. Upto 50k, 0.5 to 0.66% based on your card type
