Email submission issue

Can someone please help? I’ve been trying to write an email to the Axis Bank nodal officer, but it keeps saying that only full stops and spaces are allowed. No matter how I write it or what I remove—whether it’s apostrophes or commas—it doesn't get submitted. What should I do?

Earlier, we would have to manually remove any special characters but now they're not even allowing to type any, seems an improvement. I too tried typing the same message on their website but no error message came up, maybe it will if I click submit (which I can't to avoid creating any unnecessary support request).
You sure there ain't any apostrophe in your email content? Mind sharing it if it isn't sensitive?

Wait a min..maybe they're considering the ENTER KEY PRESS as a special character. So try writing it all in a single line.

faced this issue in jiomart a lot of times.
usually it would be the 'enter' / line-break or thinks like hyphen, apostrophe etcetera.
For banks, it might well be possible to send a direct mail from ones own e-mail client. They would have a dedicated e-mail address (of the nodal officer).
