Plz suggest how can I save some money in Electricity bill Payments.

Thanks a lot for those useful information. Really obliged to you 
check if your biller is available in Airtel Thanks App, if yes then Axis Airtel Card will fetch 10% CB upto 250 per month, if amount is more than 5k then the above method of Amazon GC is the best as its 5% CB via SBI CB/HDFC Millennia CC but Amazon too have some limit like 15k etc on the bill amount
Actually Amazon GC always has a limit & this method is not going through
Axis Ace CC is good till 10k you will get 5% upto 500, if you pay on GPay, other wise hdfc millenia & sbi Cashback cards are good , you can buy Amazon pay vouchers and pay you will get 5% cashback for buying Amazon pay vouchers with these Cc

Get a credit card (like HDFC Millennia/SBI cashback/Airtel Axis) and pay bills with that (or buy Apay gift card first and then pay the bills).
If above is not feasible then use desidime to trade for bill payments.
