Electricity Bill Payment issue in Amazon

I need to make electricity bill payment of Rs. 21k and I have loaded 21k in Amazon, but it's not allowing in Amazon to pay through balance, is there any way that I can use Amazon pay balance or SBI cashback card works for 5% cashback.

Nothing can be done now, assuming you have full kyc acc transfer that balance to bank acc else only option is to use this balance for paying smaller amt bills or buy products. You cannot use amazonpay balance for paying electricity bills above 10k on amazon & sbi cb card won't work either for this.
can you confirm if its 15 or 10?
one trick, you can pay the excess amount > 15k on the electricity provider's website if they allow it, and then you can pay the remaining 15k using amazon.
one has to do advance payment then it would have been possible but now its too late hence not possible (as mostly providers wont allow partial bill payments)

Exact 21k bill and exact 21k added ?
Maybe adding rs 10 extra may trigger the option.
Amazon pay balance should be higher than order amount to be used.
