Electricity Bill APSPDCL not working on amazon

I used to pay electricity bills on amazon for APSPDCL. Now as this biller is not boarded on bharath bill pay, I cannot pay on amazon.
Now only option I have so far is to pay on biller website which has extra charges for credit card payments or pay at the counter. I use to get net 7% back as rewards on my diners on amazon.
Any other better options I can pay this bill?

If you can get AZ pay vouchers at similar discount then you can pay on department portal using az pay balance , you will be charged 1.18% extra. Which would still be better than paying via UPI.
