Hi, I am planning to buy electrical wire , electrical switches, and McB's from havells or polycab. I am looking for the best price online or at huge discout compared to offline. Can someone suggest the website or app to buy them at cheap price or wholesale price? I also wanted thoughts on which electric cables would be good (havells or polycab)? There are multiple cables, like HRFR, LSHF, FRLS. I need help on deciding one.

check if you know someone in the builder industry/ builder mafia.
The stockists, distributors in the same city as Finolex is based out of.. give really good rates.. if one can convince them to bypass officially invoice method.
(Internally they can show product damaged, lost and you get to share some or all of what they save on GST.)
ELCB MCB LeGrand or Crompton too are good. But if you are keen on pricier foreign names, then online it us difficult to get bargain prices on them.
Under Panasonic, Anchor prices have too much premium. I somehow still find them to be better value than the likes of Havells.
For Crompton, if you are in the north or within 500 kilometres of Delhi, if trying to get online deals.. then Snapdeal too is an option. Yes, close acquaintances got genuine stuff from local dealers who also listed on Snapdeal.
Which one is best quality wise ? Which one has best price to value that can be brought online? Are the prices on havells webiste on par with local shops??
In offline wholesale market, the rates are equivalent to online. But variety is more online.
Havells is definitely better but more expensive.
HRFR should be sufficient. FRLS and HFFR are kind of gimmick.
Avoid modular if you can. Modular will look aesthetic but definitely not long lasting.
Take wiring at 1 sq mm per 6Amp of current needed.
Take C curve MCB.
Keep inverter neutral separate from utility neutral.
Make sure to install proper earthing and earth wire throughout.
Take wire color codes seriously.
Always keep a drawing of entire house wiring for future usage.
My house is being constructed in a tier 2 town. There are no wholesale havells vendor or polycab. They sell Goldmedal. Any website to buy genuine products online or dealers that ship all over india?
https://havells.com/store-l...or
Search here and check which dealer is offering good price
