using freecharge for bill payment. electricity provider is MSEDC
In Bill details it is asking for consumer number Billing unit and processing cycle.
CN BU got from the bill…confused about processing Cycle

It is that time of period in which order bill is generated for particular unit.

Starting from 0 to 8.
On mseb mahadiscom site you need to enter it in 2 digits Eg.for PC 2 You enter 02

On freecharge you can select pc as per bill.

You can make msedc bill payment maximum in 2 tranche I.e. You can break payment in two swipes. It won’t accept third payment online. That is because sometimes you need to pay security deposit also.

There is 0.9% charge over 500.
