Ekart Service Hub refused to give Order

How can I complaint on E-kart courier Hub as they did not gave my order.
They put in delay with reason, address is not in a servicble area.
Hence i personally visited the office to collect but still they are refused, very unprofessional response they gave. Even though item is present in the office they are lazy to search that and give it to me.
Now help me to complaint on them, with my complaint they should lose that franchise total. How can I do this ?

E-kart one of the worst courier service i ever seen they are not delivering iphone 13 from past 7 days even after it reaches nearest hub
Also have u seen how mismanaged their logistics is when ordered via flipkart, i live in NCR and for a courier to be delivered from Delhi to ncr, they sent it to maharashtra for a week and then bought to some remote location in uttar pradesh then brought it back to Delhi and then brought to my nearest delivery hub, just ridiculous
It requires top level authority to deliver a parcel which is once marked as not serviceable area.
That's why they refused to give you your order.
Most probably your item is broken in transit faced same with bluedart with my SNITCH order when I contacted bluedart customer service they promised to deliver and a well professional bluedart executive came and delivered my order and the reason why they haven't given my order at there warehouse because package was tampered but items were not missing

You can't do nothing. These reports are coming from users everyday. There is something very wrong with the management there. May be there is some salary issue or there is no control from management.
Also all delivery boys are of same circle referred by each other forming a syndicate. No one cares what's happening. It's all on their mood. If there is an exchange involved, just forget the delivery.
