Earbuds with good ANC under 5.5k?

1. Please suggest me some earbuds with good ANC under 5.5k
2. In my office there is too much chitter-chatter and I can't focus on work as well as studies.
3. If the earbuds can provide more than decent sound quality, it would be an added bonus.
4. I can wait for 2-3 months to a get a hand on some good deal.
