duplicate products at shopclue

I don’t think the product is original. My woofer is not working anymore. i contacted creative, they say they do not have any service center in India. i contacted the seller, they say they can not help as warranty is given by company. shop-clue do not take any responsibility as the purchase is more than one month old.
