Duplicate Product and Bad Service

Purchased a branded OAKLEY spectacle from Lenskart on 23rd September, 2018 (Bill No.1214148331). It has formed scratches on both the lenses with=in 15 days of the purchase. Reported it to their showroom and service center. They came back with No Warranty on Lenses. I have been requesting that it could be some quality issue however they are not paying heed to my words. Service center guys are giving discount couple to buy one more product from them.
Its been found later on that those lenses are not branded and Lenskart has sources them from grey market. Its really irritating to deal with their service center guys. I was told that the lenses provide protection from Blue light, even that is not the case.
Please do not buy anything from Lenskart. Its just another fraud company and destined to close and run away.

Zero quality control – received defective product twice.
Every time I will have to survive without specs for weeks during return, even if it is Lenskart’s manufacturing fault.

They are not going to run away anywhere, because nobody complaint nowadays,
The kind of attitude getting in people nowadays is , if not satisfied , throw away get new one .
Disposable income and the carve for discounts is the culprit.
