DTDC: Incorrect Update "RECEIVER REFUSED DELIVERY(CIR)"

Their delivery partner updated the status of my package as âRECEIVER REFUSED DELIVERY(CIR)â. This update is incorrect and misleading. No one from their team contacted me regarding this delivery.
Reason:
Previously, I had lodged a complaint about my package. The issue was that their delivery partners have never delivered my packages to my home. Instead, they always call and ask me to come to various locations to collect my packages. This has been a recurring issue for the past 2 years. It appears that instead of resolving the issue, their team has taken an unprofessional approach.Â
This time, itâs enough. The incorrect update by their delivery person seems to be a deliberate act of revenge, which is unacceptable.
So, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with the email ID of the higher authorities at DTDC to escalate this matter. Alternatively, if there is any other platform where I can escalate this issue, please let me know.Â

DTDC is notorious for ignoring all such complaints as they don't want to fix it, been years since i started adding notes to sellers for not using DTDC services for my orders.
Okay, a simple solution would be to request the sender not to use their services.

UPDATE
The status âRECEIVER REFUSED DELIVERY(CIR)â was updated on 11 May 2024 at 16:28 hrs. I sent them an intimation from my side about this incorrect update on 11 May 2024 at 16:52 hrs.Â
They sent me a confirmation email on 11 May 2024 at 18:27 hrs stating, âWe have received your complaint and will forward this complaint to the concerned team and We will keep you updated on the progress and provide you with a comprehensive response as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during this process. Rest assured, we are committed to resolving your complaint and ensuring your satisfaction.â
Today, they sent me a mail:
"We regret to inform you that the complaint shipment is returning to origin we will try to hold the shipment and will confirm you. Kindly bear with us for further update."
No responsibility has been taken to rectify this after they received intimation from my side regarding the incorrect update. How can they allow this to happen when the delivery office or person processes the return of the shipment to its origin?
UPDATE:Â After escalation to the Consumer Helpline, they delivered my package.
next time they will again not deliver bro, happened with me also i complainted one time they delivered from next time they sent parcel back to origin

Hi Rohit, Sayan here.. DTDC 2 times failed to deliver my order 1st saying rerouting issue of the last mile and 2nd saying (CAD|receiver requested delivery on another date|CIR)

-DTDCÂ wont listen to you untill u mail to thereight authority along with threat of compensation in court of law for your missed delievery .. just add word like it was for some business purpose and caused u loss of some high amount and now u r going to court for that loss compensation write like some complex legal and add some section by google ALSO CC the DTDC local police thana/city SP that will create pressure
