Downfall started after supercash
Mobikwik has suffered a lot since it introduced its promotion of supercash
The scheme was panned by customers due to excessive restrictions on usage
Despite this, Overall the UI is very good, and payment processing is smooth
There are many operators available for recharges and bill payments
Major issue with mobikwik is very less acceptability in local stores and online websites

Looted around 1.7 lacs

Mine is 20k… paytm/mobikwik/upi accepted.

Mobikwik treats customer and merchant as shit. With this attitude, they are not going to survive.
Major issue with mobikwik is very less acceptability in local stores and online websites
As I heard, they don’t make timely payment and also they don’t fulfill promises they made. This is the reason for less acceptance.
