Doubt regarding Debit card AMC ICICI Bank.

I hold an ICICI Bank Insta Save FD Account (zero balance) and have been issued a debit card linked to this account.
I typically maintain a low balance, and in the past, I was charged a debit card annual maintenance charge (AMC) even when my balance was as low as ₹10/- (debit of ₹10/- as AMC out of ₹236/- as I had only ₹10/- as balance)
This has occurred consistently for the past three years.
If I fund this account this year, will the bank charge me for all the unpaid AMCs from previous years, or will I only be responsible for the AMC for this year? Thank you for your assistance.
