does one card ask for income proff in thier verification ?

As far as I know One Card is not issuing new credit cards to anyone. 

Nevertheless, Income proof is subjective to the finance state (credit profile) of the applicant. Each applicant has a unique profile. So one may be asked for income proof while other not.

For my South Indian Bank OneCard, they approved with 1L limit as my 3rd card, without any income proof when I only had SBI SimplyCLICK with 1L limit and Amazon Pay ICICI with 40K limit
